5 Easy Steps To Weight Loss
Drink half of your body weight in ounces of filtered water daily
Example: If you weigh 200 lbs, consume 100 ounces of water. Add an extra 10 oz of water for any diuretic – e.g. coffee – consumed.
Do not eat processed foods - e.g. hot dogs & potato chips.
Eat 6 small meals per day and leave the table before you feel full. Stop eating 3 hours before bedtime.
Eat 5-9 servings of dark green leafy vegetables per day.
Perform cardiovascular exercise - e.g. walking, running or swimming - a minimum of 1 hour per day.
